01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and aw8 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the aw8 website at aw8.sx along with all services, mobile apps, games, and features provided therein.

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, accessing any game or simply browsing the content on the AW8 platform, you automatically acknowledge that you have read and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy, which can be found at AW8 Privacy Policy.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use aw8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Your use of the aw8 platform does not violate any local laws or regulations applicable to you.
• You have never previously held an AW8 account that was closed, suspended or banned for a terms violation.
• You are not an employee of AW8, a business partner, or an immediate family member of either.

AW8 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If verification cannot be provided, AW8 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any remaining funds pending the outcome of the investigation.

03Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the aw8 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and phone number. False or incomplete information may cause delays in withdrawal processing and may result in account closure.

• The account name must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when certain transaction limits are reached.
• Documents accepted for KYC include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport or driving licence.
• Each member is responsible for keeping their profile information up to date whenever any changes occur.
• AW8 may request additional supporting documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

04Deposits and Payment Methods

AW8 supports a variety of convenient and secure deposit methods for Malaysian members, including bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and RHB, as well as popular e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost.

• The minimum deposit varies by payment method selected. Check the deposit section in your account for the latest information.
• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• AW8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit that cannot be matched to the account holder will be returned.
• Deposit processing time is instant for most supported payment methods.
• AW8 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

05Fund Withdrawal

AW8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's name only.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated in the financial section of your account.
• All wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• AW8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Withdrawals will be returned to your account balance if the bank account details provided are incorrect.
• No more than three (3) withdrawal requests may be submitted simultaneously at any one time.

06Bonuses and Promotions

AW8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be played through in accordance with the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• AW8 reserves the right to void any bonus granted as a result of a technical error or system abuse.
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be recovered.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount awarded, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

07Game Rules

All games available on the aw8 platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in every spin and game outcome. Results are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game results are final. Any dispute regarding a result must be submitted within 24 hours.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, aw8 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the bet to the member.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that assist gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the maximum bet limit specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• AW8 reserves the right to limit or restrict access to certain games for specific users based on operational requirements.

RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available within the respective game interface. aw8 uses internationally licensed game providers that are subject to regular independent oversight and audits.

08Member Conduct and Responsibilities

AW8 expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow users in a respectful, honest and responsible manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Attempts to falsify identity, documents, or personal information.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or exploitation of system bugs for personal gain.
• Transferring funds between different aw8 accounts with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Use of offensive, threatening, or harassing language in customer support chat sessions.
• Any action that compromises the security or integrity of the aw8 platform.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account.

09Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. aw8 provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure, but you also play an important role in protecting your account from unauthorized access.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including AW8 staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Contact AW8 customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
• AW8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the AW8 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.

AW8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, AW8 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the disputed activity pending the outcome of the investigation.

11Liability Limits

The aw8 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or error-free accuracy. Accordingly, aw8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from game outcomes, including unexpected wins or consecutive losses.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the aw8 platform.
• Technical errors from third-party game providers that are beyond aw8's direct control.

AW8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

AW8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the aw8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
